It is with great honor that I was taken under "the wing" of one of the top trainers and handlers in this country. It is through his knowledge and complete understanding of how to train a dog to be absolute, and still train from "your heart," that has made me a better handler. For this I thank you, T. Floyd. PUPPY KINDERGARTEN This is a 7 week course for puppies up to 8 months old. We teach theory to the handler, and puppies are taught through purely motivational training only. This class gives puppies socialization that is extremely important at a young age, and sets the correct foundation needed for further obedience training. BASIC OBEDIENCE This is an 8 week, on leash course. Handler learns theory and the correct use of leash and collar to train their dog, to heel, sit, sit stay, down, down stay, and come when called. ADVANCED OBEDIENCE This is an 8 week course open to dogs who have successfully completed the Basic Obedience Course, or to those dogs who are trained to that level. In this class the basics are more perfected. The stand stay, the finish, and the start of off leash heeling and off leash work are taught. |
